Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, we use your Google account identifier, name, and verified email address to create or identify your account. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or your Google password.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Comparison choices are stored in your browser’s session storage separately for each country. Essential security cookies protect sign-in and form submissions.
Listings, photographs and messages
Your account holds your listing drafts and photographs. Draft listings and unpublished photographs are private to the account. When published, your chosen title, description, city, financial figures and photographs become public. A confidential listing hides the actual business name; the street address is shown only if you choose to show it. Check your text and photographs for identifying details before publishing.
When you enquire, you agree to share your account name, verified email and message with the seller. The conversation is available to its buyer and seller in their accounts. Service emails notify participants about new enquiries and replies and link back to the signed-in conversation. We use SendGrid to deliver those notifications. Email notifications are not a way to reply; sign in to send your reply.
Payments and listing views
Stripe processes listing payments. The site stores order references, amount, currency and payment status; it does not receive or store your card details. An essential visitor identifier is used to count independent daily listing views without storing a visitor's name or email in the view record. Daily deduplication records are periodically removed once they are older than 30 days; listing totals remain.
Account and data requests
Contact platform@cloudlinesoftware.com from your account email for help accessing your account, obtaining your information or requesting deletion. We confirm account ownership before changing or removing account data. Some payment and shared-conversation records may need to be retained to resolve payments, disputes or another participant's request.
